with us. Leaving you with a fun night to remember and an awesome craft to display in your home.
Stains, sandpaper, mallets, nails, and hammers are used during various classes at the workshop. If you have any concerns using these items we are happy to assist so you can still create a beautiful piece. Please wear clothes that are not important to you. The workshop does provide aprons however you still could damage your clothing. Please dress accordingly.
Yes. Due to the nature of our classes and the various materials needed, you will need to select your class prior to selecting a date. This will allow the workshop time to gather the custom materials needed for your class.
your class will need to be paid in full 1 week prior to your class date. Your guests may pay separately online so the host is not responsible for collecting money. If your class has an outstanding balance per your number of guests, we will notify you immediately so you can contact them.
If your guest can not attend after they have registered, we will provide them with a “rain check kit”. This will include all the materials (not tools if required) for your craft along with printed instructions! Allowing you to still be involved in the fun!
If your party is canceled after it is paid in full and past the 7 days, no refunds will be provided as materials would have already BEEN PURCHASED. YOU MAY USE THIS AS A CREDIT TOWARDS A FUTURE CLASS WITH SAME CRAFT AND HEAD COUNT AS ORIGINAL CLASS.
THE WORKSHOP IS MOBILE! WE COME TO YOU. WE HOST at Your DESIRED LOCATION WHETHER IT BE A CHURCH, SCHOOL, REC FACILITY, business, or personal HOME. The workshop requires you to have permission to use the space for your class and will help make recommendations if needed. We ask that the space be large enough to accommodate your number of guests and there are enough chairs and table surface to craft. Folding chairs and tables work great!!!
No. The workshop will not provide food and/or drinks for your class. Along with the materials for your class, the workshop will provide aprons and craft paper to protect your surfaces. Food and beverages are the responsibility of the host if they are to be provided.
2-3 hours depending on the class. All class selections have an estimated time frame listed so you can plan accordingly. lease know these are subject to vary slightly. we strive to stay on schedule to make the most of your time and money.
We strive to be a no waste company. We do everything in our power to source locally and reuse and recycle all materials. We use gel-based stains that are odorless and will be happy to discuss further precautions if there are specific issues with this matter.
Yes! Any custom design requests for your class need to be made 72 hours in advance from your class date. This will allow the workshop to create the custom stencil / design needed to complete your piece. With every class that involves stain and or paint, we will have various colors/options for you to choose from.
